About Us
Our beloved institution, located in the heart of Blackburn, was established in 1998 by Qazi Abdus Samad Ashrafi, a visionary leader. Our Study Centre is an essential part of our lively community, acting as a centre of spiritual enlightenment and education. The Majlis e Shura, comprising 10 committed members, oversees our institution, and we uphold the principles of unity, compassion, and service.
